We are working with a large-scale infrastructure investment platform with significant AUM and an international portfolio spanning energy transition, utilities, transport, digital infrastructure, and environmental assets.

The firm is seeking to appoint a Manager / Senior Manager within its London-based Asset Management & Portfolio Value Creation team.

This position is focused on hands‑on operational improvement, portfolio optimisation, and working directly with management teams to drive value creation across infrastructure investments.

The successful individual will operate at the intersection of investing, operations, and strategic execution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading portfolio value creation initiatives across infrastructure assets and operating companies
  • Driving operational, commercial, and strategic improvement programmes
  • Working directly with senior management teams and boards
  • Supporting strategic planning, performance improvement, operational efficiency, and growth initiatives
  • Managing complex stakeholder relationships across investors, lenders, advisors, and portfolio company leadership
  • Supporting major strategic projects including refinancing, M&A integration, capex deployment, and operational transformation

Candidate profile:

  • 5–10+ years of relevant experience
  • Backgrounds may include infrastructure private equity, infrastructure asset management, portfolio operations, utilities, renewables, strategy consulting, or operational leadership roles
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable impact within portfolio companies or infrastructure assets
  • Ability to operate in both strategic and execution‑oriented environments
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience across energy, renewables, utilities, transport, environmental services, or broader infrastructure sectors is highly attractive

The team is particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate genuine hands‑on experience “making things happen” within assets and portfolio companies.
