EMEA Commercial Counsel – SaaS, AI & Privacy Deals (Contract)

Legal.io, a high-growth design and SaaS technology company in the United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to support its EMEA commercial legal team. This full-time contract role involves managing a high volume of strategic enterprise customer agreements and working closely with Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk teams.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of in-house commercial legal experience, particularly in SaaS, and possess strong negotiation skills concerning data privacy and AI contracts. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and support high-impact deals across the EMEA region.
