Senior HRBP Director: Strategy, Transformation & Analytics

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Senior Director, HR Business Partner based in London. This role requires strong strategic business partnering skills, translating business needs into a clear people agenda. The successful candidate will have 12 or more years of progressive HR experience, including direct partnership with senior executives.

You will lead talent strategy and organizational effectiveness initiatives and ensure the function has the right capabilities and culture to support BCG’s growth. A bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree is highly preferred.
