Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive the creation and implementation of account growth strategies focused on renewals and expansion
  • Build strong executive-level relationships, acting as a esteemed advisor to clients
  • Partner with Customer Engagement Managers to align on retention and growth initiatives
  • Navigate SHL’s full product suite to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and solution experts to design impactful proposals
  • Direct QBRs and strategic reviews showcasing SHL’s value and performance insights

Essential

  • Proven experience in account management or solution sales
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Track record of strategic growth and client relationship building

Desirable

  • Experience in SaaS or HR Tech
  • Understanding of HR/talent lifecycle solutions
  • Familiarity with consultative selling approaches
  • Ability to direct C-suite presentations and negotiations

You must hold the relevant right-to-work documentation for this UK based role.
