About The Role

As a Graduate at Macro, you will play an active role in shaping how we deliver exceptional facilities management services to our clients. Through structured rotations and hands‑on experience, you will contribute to key business areas including operations, marketing, commercial activities, and bid development, gaining a well‑rounded understanding of our organisation.

In This Role You Will

  • Support operations: Help deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality facilities management services.
  • Enhance workplaces: Contribute to creating engaging and productive environments and great user experiences.
  • Gain broad business exposure: Develop experience across operations, marketing, commercial, and bid writing.
  • Support business growth: Assist with bids, proposals, presentations, and initiatives aimed at improving services and driving growth.
  • Use technology effectively: Apply digital tools and technologies to improve building performance, enhance decision‑making, and support innovation.
  • Build project management skills: Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
  • Drive sustainability: Support efforts to improve operational efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
  • Work collaboratively: Partner with colleagues across offices and client sites to deliver excellent outcomes.

About You

  • A strong academic foundation, educated to degree level (or equivalent) in any discipline.
  • A customer‑focused mindset, demonstrating a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders confidently.
  • Evidence of working effectively with others through academic, extracurricular, or work‑based experiences.
  • The ability to think logically, analyse situations, and propose practical solutions.
  • A proactive approach, taking ownership and demonstrating initiative.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and changing environment.
