The Start Well Commissioning Officer post remit includes ensuring services deliver the best outcomes for children and young people. You would assist in the planning, development, co‑ordination, and delivery of an ongoing programme of commissioning projects, providing effective challenge, support, and project management on a range of existing programmes of work to improve the lives of the people of Bolton.
About You
- Highly motivated, energetic people with great people skills and the capacity to forge excellent relationships and effective multi‑agency working.
- Enthusiastic and able to work strategically on a range of projects, delivering multiple projects within timescales while achieving required outcomes.
- Excellent analytical skills and lateral thinking to develop creative and innovative solutions.
- Excellent IT skills, in particular Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Team player able to work effectively with others to improve and change services across Children’s Services.
- Experience of overcoming barriers to deliver successful outcomes.
- Capable of working on your own initiative to drive and enable improved outcomes for the people of Bolton.
