Senior Project Manager – Directed Delivery Team
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the project team on a large capital project within our growing wastewater capital projects business. The role is based at our Tamworth office with regular site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project team on large capital projects, focusing on mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation (MEICA) systems.
- Manage NEC contracts, including cost planning, budgetary control and technical delivery of MEICA systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks, anticipate unexpected issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Communicate effectively and influence across all levels of the organisation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant industry experience in MEICA systems.
- Degree-qualified (or currently working towards a relevant degree).
- Proven track record in managing NEC contracts, cost planning and budgetary control.
- Knowledge of instrumentation, control systems and automation technologies.
- Excellent communication, influencing and collaborative leadership skills.
- Strong drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
