Are you looking for an exciting opportunity that is going to revolutionise our operational availability? Our friendly and inclusive ICT team are searching for a new Data and Systems Officer to support our new Workforce Management System, due to launch later this year.
What You Will Be Working On
- Maintainingdata toahigh qualitystandard,ensuringaccurateconfigurationis managedin a timely mannerenablingaccurateaccess for Service users.
- Conducting audits of the systemso that the data meets with existing policy,proceduresand workflow requirements.
- Provideprofessional advice, systemexpertiseand reportsfor informationrequested by business areasandcollaborative partners.
- Enableself-servicereportingto support, evaluate and measure performance acrossfire standards, legislation,HMICFRSand Home Office.
- Work with the ICT Business Partner tosupport;production of technical documentation,project workstream deliveryand strengthen adoption of the systemby creating champions within each business area.
- Build a strong relationship with the software providertosupport the ICT TechnicalServices team with testing andmanaging technical issues through to resolution.
- RepresentECFRS with ICT Local Partners and nationwide Fire and Rescue Servicesto collaborate on best practice, sharingguidance,experienceand knowledge.
- RepresentECFRS at national level user groups and related meetings to gain and share best practice.
- Facilitate training and supporting resources for on-boarding new team members.
- Work alongsideand collaborate with other System and Data Officers to provide cross-system experience.
What Are We Looking For?
We are looking forsomeonewho is an excellent communicatorwith a passion forsystems administration, managingdata,andbuilding strong working relationships.
Experience inapplication managementand configuration,managing different stakeholders is beneficial.
