DELIVERY MANAGER (FIELD-BASED)
Location: North West (travel required)
Hours: 46 hours per week (4 on, 3 off – 07:00–18:30)
Weekend Work: 1 in 4 weekends
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
About The Role
Kingdom Services Group is looking for a confident, professional, and reliable Delivery Manager to oversee service delivery across multiple contracts in the North West.
This is a fast‑paced, field‑based role where you will ensure high service standards, support operational teams, manage client relationships, and drive performance across your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day service delivery across multiple sites
- Monitoring KPIs, performance, and service standards
- Conducting site visits, audits, and inspections
- Building strong client relationships and managing escalations
- Supporting, leading, and developing teams
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and health & safety
- Identifying and implementing service improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations or service delivery management
- Experience managing teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Professional, organised, and solutions‑focused approach
- Experience in security, FM, or contract services (desirable)
