Client Partner – Where Commercial Strategy Meets Digital Delivery

Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, building lasting relationships and acting as a trusted adviser.
- Act as the bridge between clients, delivery teams and commercial success, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and teams are engaged.
- Take ultimate accountability for delivering client outcomes, working with Delivery Leads and Technical Leads.
- Own relationship, commercial performance, customer satisfaction and strategic direction.
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships, add value and drive account growth.
- Support clients in making informed decisions, spotting risks early and staying close to technology and delivery.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Benefits
- Salary up to £80,000 (dependent on experience).
