Veterinary SaaS Deployment Lead

Lupa Pets is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee veterinary practice onboardings. This role involves managing projects from initiation to completion, training staff on the Lupa platform, and ensuring successful implementations while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a SaaS project management role, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for improving processes. This position requires on-site work at our Paddington, London headquarters.
