In this role you will be working in a close-knit team of three to improve quality functions across a busy production site. You will help improve the QMS across the business, assist with auditing to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, handle customer complaints, and perform RCAs.

The Role:
- Work in a team of three to improve quality across a busy production site
- Conduct audits to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
- Record NCRs, conduct risk assessments, and handle customer complaints
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
