Repairs Supervisor – Derbyshire

About the Role
Bring your energy for fast‑paced repairs and people leadership to our growing WPS team in Derbyshire.
As a Repairs Supervisor, you’ll support the Project Lead day‑to‑day and step up to lead the contract when required, ensuring operations remain safe, compliant, and on track across voids, disrepair, day‑to‑day repairs, and planned works.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running an efficient operation, optimising resources and meeting KPIs
- Managing workflows to ensure jobs are completed within target times
- Leading operatives, administrators, and subcontractors to deliver high performance
- Driving quality and customer care through inspections and communication
- Supporting onboarding, training, and team development
- Producing weekly performance reports and contributing to client reviews
- Building strong, solutions‑focused relationships with clients
- Managing variations, queries, and complaints effectively
- Ensuring health & safety compliance across all activities
- Supporting commercial performance, productivity, and cost control
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience supervising in a repairs & maintenance / multi‑trade environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and supply chain partners
- Track record of achieving KPIs and improving service delivery
- Excellent planning, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong understanding of health & safety compliance
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
