Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: South LondonSalary: 65,000– 72,000 + Package (Travel Paid, 10% Annual Bonus, 26 Days Annual Leave + More)

The Role

Working within an experienced design team, you’ll be involved in the design and delivery of a wide range of mechanical building services projects from concept through to completion. Projects vary in size and sector, offering excellent exposure and long–term career development.

Typical project sectors include:

• Commercial developments
• CAT A & CAT B fit–out projects
• Infrastructure projects
• Data centres
• Mixed–use developments
• Education and healthcare facilities

The successful candidate will be trusted to manage their own workload, liaise directly with project teams, and produce high–quality mechanical designs with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Approximately 2–5 years’ post‑graduate industry experience
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services design
• Experience producing calculations, specifications, and design documentation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience using industry–standard design software
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
