Our client is looking for bright, ambitious and driven graduates to join their Executive Search firm as Research Consultants. Our client delivers a world class consumer focused service specialising in Marketing, Digital and Technology industries, with particular success in businesses going through structural changes in management.
We are recruiting highly analytical, problem solvers that are project-driven. You will work in a friendly office environment and be a team player, building towards a supportive and collaborative culture. Great communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital alongside a warm and engaging personality to gain trust from both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive and detailed research into clients and the wider market.
- Capture the role brief and formulate the search strategy.
- Map the market and identify candidates.
- Approach and qualify candidate suitability.
- Manage candidates: interview preparation, communication and information management.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in the market and research potential job leads.
Qualifications
Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above from a top university, excellent research skills and a keen eye for detail.
