Intensive Family Intervention Worker

Somerset Council is seeking a Family Intervention Worker to provide intensive support to disabled children and their families in Yeovil. The role involves building strong relationships, developing tailored support plans, and coordinating multi-agency support.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of child development and experience working with children, alongside strong communication and assessment skills. A flexible working model is available, with 28 days of annual leave offered (additional to bank holidays).
