On-site 3-Day Change & Programme Engagement Lead

TRIA is seeking an experienced Change & Programme Engagement Lead to facilitate a large-scale organisational transformation in Greater London. This role focuses on engaging and preparing colleagues for significant changes in processes and systems.

The perfect candidate will possess strong written communication skills and demonstrate a proactive approach. You will work closely with programme teams and stakeholders while creating clear communication materials to support the transformation initiative.

This position requires on-site work three days a week, in either London or Sunderland.
