Sand is a finite resource, and it’s running out. Today, population growth and the pace of progress mean the world is devouring sand like never before – 50 billion tonnes a year globally. This demand is unsustainable. Together with our customers we have already diverted over 100 million tonnes of waste material from landfills and put it back into the materials market for use in construction; protecting sand & aggregates in areas where natural material reserves are in decline and enabling production to happen closer to markets. We are minimising environmental impact and laying the foundations for the circular economy.

About this role
Responsibilities
Lean manufacturing of motor control panels to all applicable standards.
Dead testing the electrical control panels after completion.
Installing new products as technologies advance in the industry.
Understand and apply the requirements for IEC/IEE wiring regulations.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Facilitating communication between the design team and workshop team.
Establishing the deliverables and continually reviewing processes to improve.
Provide progress updates at weekly meetings.
Adhere to CDE’s HR and H&S policies.
