The Asset Delivery Manager plays a key role within MBNL’s Infrastructure & Estates directorate, leading the end‑to‑end delivery of replacements and on-site solutions across the network. Supporting sites at risk, the role ensures continuity of service through acquisition, design, build, and relocation activity. Working closely with shareholders, suppliers, and internal delivery teams, the role drives coordination, performance, and accountability across the full delivery lifecycle.

Why this role matters;

Managing sites at risk is critical to maintaining network coverage and customer experience. This role ensures replacement solutions are delivered on time and in line with exit commitments, coordinating complex dependencies across multiple teams and suppliers. By enabling effective delivery and strong stakeholder alignment, the role protects service continuity and supports network resilience. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Central Reading office.

What you’ll be here to do;

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of replacement site and lift‑and‑shift solutions aligned to exit timelines
  • Coordinate internal functions to ensure dependencies and commitments are met
  • Manage interfaces with shareholders, setting expectations and handling escalations
  • Oversee third‑party site providers delivering replacement, exit, or relocation activity
  • Drive prioritisation of delivery activities in line with site risk and business priorities
  • Ensure delivery teams focus on achieving site exit milestones and programme objectives
  • Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support collaboration across NTQ core teams, suppliers, and wider business functions

Who we’re looking for;

  • Strong experience managing delivery across multi‑functional teams and suppliers
  • Proven ability to drive delivery through structured governance and process management
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and expectations
  • Strong organisation and coordination skills across competing priorities
  • Ability to influence, challenge, and drive performance across delivery teams
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environments

If you also have the following, we’d especially like to hear from you;

  • Experience in telecommunications or infrastructure delivery environments
  • Understanding of end‑to‑end delivery functions (Acquisition, Design, Tx, Deployment, Ops)
  • Experience in customer‑focused delivery or joint venture environments
