A heritage British streetwear brand with deep roots in culture and a significant growth trajectory is seeking an experienced Product Developer to play a pivotal role in shaping its next chapter.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle across apparel and accessories, translating creative vision into commercially successful collections while helping build the systems, standards, and supplier relationships that will support future growth

Key Areas of Responsibilties
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept through to production
- Manage technical specifications, BOMs, critical paths, and factory communication
- Drive excellence across fit, construction, fabrics, trims, washes, and finishing
- Oversee sample development, testing, and quality assurance processes
- Build and strengthen supplier and manufacturing partnerships globally
- Collaborate closely with leadership and creative teams to deliver commercially successful products
- Contribute to the evolution of product development systems and operational excellence
Ideal Background
- 5+ years’ experience in fashion, streetwear, sportswear, or lifestyle product development
- Strong understanding of apparel construction, sourcing, manufacturing, and costing
- Experience managing global supply bases across key production regions
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Commercially minded with excellent project management capabilities
- Comfortable operating autonomously within a high-growth environment
