A boutique property finance specialist is seeking an experienced Lending Manager to join its London-based origination team.

This front-line role focuses on originating, structuring, and managing bridging and development finance transactions while building strong relationships with borrowers and intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and assess lending opportunities across residential and specialist sectors.
• Structure tailored finance solutions for developers and investors.
• Conduct site visits and appraise development schemes.
• Work closely with credit, legal, and surveying teams to support deal execution and due diligence.

Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience in property finance, bridging, or development lending.
• Strong relationship management and deal structuring skills.
• Ability to assess development projects and manage transactions through completion.

Package

• £50,000–£70,000 (depending on experience)
• Performance-related bonus
• Hybrid working: 4:1
