An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join my clients team in their Manchester offices on a hybrid basis.My clients commercial property team are recognised as one of the most experienced, agile and knowledgeable teams in the North West, advising on complex, high-value transactions and providing our clients with comprehensive, collaborative and innovative support and expertise.The team advise on all aspects of commercial property law, including: acquisitions and disposals (investment and owner occupation); landlord and tenant and estate/asset management; commercial and residential development; planning and infrastructure; finance, distressed market and debt restructuring; construction; holding and funding structures; property tax; property litigation.Key Responsibilities: Managing a full caseload of matters Supervising junior team members Supporting the wider team and business objectives. Solid understanding of commercial property and experience across a wide range of matters.Skills & Experience: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years of PQE. Have a proven track record in client care at a level appropriate to your experience. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
