MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Facilities and Utilities Engineer for our successful client who is a leading global Medical Device/Pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
You will be leading projects and ensuring the safe, efficient operation of critical site utilities and infrastructure,
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage utilities including HVAC, compressed air, steam, water and electrical systems.
- Lead engineering projects from concept to commissioning.
- Support equipment installations and site development projects.
- Ensure compliance with CDM and health & safety regulations.
- Coordinate contractors and develop maintenance strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience managing engineering projects and working within CDM regulations.
