What You’ll Be Doing
- Source and engage top talent – Build pipelines of high-quality candidates and guide them through their career journey
- Build strong relationships – Develop trust with candidates and clients, becoming their go-to partner
- Drive business growth – Generate leads, connect with new clients, and showcase MCS Group’s expertise
- Manage the recruitment process – Coordinate interviews, deliver feedback, and manage offers through to placement
