In this role you will be responsible for producing accurate, value‑engineered cost estimates, managing tenders from initial enquiry through to contract award, liaising closely with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery, pricing works, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless handover to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, competitive estimates and assess tender risks/opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and teams
- Lead a team and train others
- Visit the projects in Baker Street and Twickenham
- Work with the Estimators to produce tenders
Requirements
- Proven Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience within groundworks, basements, or civil engineering or a similar discipline
- Based in Isleworth, South West London or commutable distance
