Assembly Technician – Syntegon (Kliklok)
We are looking for a motivated Assembly Technician with an electrical background, who enjoys getting hands‑on and thrives in a close‑knit team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire components and complete machines.
- Build subassemblies, machine panels, and wiring.
- Apply and verify electrical bias during testing and commissioning to ensure correct functionality of electrical components and systems.
- Complete quality documentation and identify improvement opportunities.
- Operate lifting and handling equipment (after training).
- Contribute to improvements and support 5S and safety initiatives on the shop floor.
- Help achieve the operational goals of the assembly department.
Qualifications
- Completed electrical qualification (required).
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand Bills of Materials.
- Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly in a machine‑building environment.
- Understanding of electrical biasing principles and their impact on system performance.
- Good technical skills and dexterity to work with a variety of parts, including sheet metal, machined, and electrical components.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy.
- A forklift license and knowledge of Lean manufacturing are a plus.
