Field Service Engineer (HGV, Plant, Agri)

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Progression + Overtime, Mon‑Fri, Company Van + Company Benefits

Location: Reading

We offer a stable, day‑time role for a Field Service Engineer with heavy vehicle experience, working Monday to Friday with no weekend duty, and the opportunity to increase earnings through optional overtime and call‑outs.

Responsibilities

• Cover the M4 corridor to London, carrying out planned maintenance and servicing on refuse vehicles.
• Diagnose faults and repair or replace components to maintain safety, reliability, and performance.
• Respond to emergency breakdown call‑outs on refuse vehicles.
• Work Monday to Friday 7:30 am‑5 pm.

Qualifications

• Field Service Engineer background or similar.
• Experience working with heavy vehicles.
• Full UK driver licence.
