Catering Manager — Lead Kitchen & Events Team

East Renfrewshire Council in Giffnock is seeking a Catering Service Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of the catering service for civic events. This role includes food preparation, menu planning, and team management.

The ideal candidate should have extensive catering management experience and relevant cooking skills, alongside a City and Guilds Catering qualification or equivalent. Applicants must also understand HACCAP and maintain high standards of hygiene.

This position does not provide Visa sponsorship and requires compliance with the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act.
