Insight, Intelligence and Performance Business Partner

We seek an experienced insight and business partnering professional to work closely with senior leaders and help shape a data‑driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed within the business to develop a deep understanding of services, performance challenges and priorities.
• Provide constructive challenge and recommendations that inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Deliver high‑quality insight and recommendations, and develop reporting frameworks that inform decision making across the business.

Key Qualifications

• Experience in a business partnering, insight or BI role with a track record of working closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and influence decision making.
• Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insight.
• Proven experience designing and delivering dashboards, reporting frameworks and data visualisations, using data storytelling techniques to engage audiences, clearly communicate performance and drive action, alongside conducting deep‑dive analysis.
• Strong technical capability, with experience of using tools such as Power BI, SQL and Power Query.
• Experience defining and managing KPIs and performance measures and an understanding of data quality and governance principles.
• Experience working within a complex matrix environment, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Ability to lead analytical projects, manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines.
• Strong understanding of the housing sector and operational performance.
