Job Responsibilities

  • Oversees and evolves the Post Trade Technology Data Strategy roadmap, translating vision into actionable plans.
  • Leads the entire product life cycle, adapting and developing new products and methodologies to support growth.
  • Designs the organizational framework for Data Product Lines, defining boundaries and scope based on business needs.
  • Defines and prioritizes Data Product Lines, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between Post Trade Technology and the Markets Data Lake platform team.
  • Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices in product development and delivery.
  • Works closely with technical engineering, data modelling and data governance resources for platform integration and governance standards.
  • Owns product performance and invests in enhancements to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation.

Required Qualifications

  • Expertise in delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
  • Deep knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
  • Ability to influence adoption of key product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Experience driving organizational change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or post trade technology environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting data management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced skills in data governance and cataloging.
  • Experience with large-scale platform migrations.
  • Ability to identify and implement opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Technical experience with data systems such as ETL, Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake.
