Job Description:

We are looking for an Associate to join our international Human Capital team in London, taking responsibility for day-to-day processes and leading on the execution of our people initiatives in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Support professionals with day-to-day Human Capital questions and proactively resolve queries.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and help drive recruitment strategy and process with the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Support the Human Capital Business Partner with benefits enrolments, renewals and analysis.
  • Independently manage employee relations cases end to end.
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are applied consistently and are updated in line with employment law updates and company requirements.
  • Advise and support professionals with annual performance processes, including objective setting, mid-year and end-of-year performance reviews.
  • Support senior Human Capital Business Partners with talent development, succession planning and change initiatives, including creation and implementation of development plans and identification of training opportunities.
  • Produce and drive advanced Human Capital reporting, integrating data-driven conversations with stakeholders using Human Capital reports and systems, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Support senior Human Capital Business Partners with the annual compensation process, owning data and driving analysis.
  • Deliver monthly payroll updates in a timely manner.
  • Delegate to and knowledge-share with more junior Human Capital team members.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different styles and stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to manage large data sets and produce valuable insights to stakeholders using a data-minded approach to Human Capital recommendations.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships within the organization, with proactivity being essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • A strong work ethic and desire to achieve excellence.
  • Strong academic background and results, educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • A minimum of four years of previous experience in HR and an interest in finding innovative solutions and process improvements.
