I’m working on multiple Project Controls Manager appointments nationally for a leading capital delivery organisation operating across some of the UK’s largest and most complex programmes in defence, rail, aviation, infrastructure, and water.

The role sits within a high‑performing project controls function.

Day to day you’ll be:

• Leading programme performance across scheduling, cost, earned value, change, and reporting.
• Working in a P6 and Power BI environment on programmes running into the hundreds of millions.
• Taking a senior lead within the team and managing relationships with programme stakeholders.
• Operating in an environment where project controls is taken seriously from the top down.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Project Controls Manager or Senior PC professional on major capital programmes.
• Strong Primavera P6 capability — you know what good looks like.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and presenting performance data.
• Cross‑sector background across infrastructure, defence, rail, aviation, or water.
• You will be located at your core regional office – 2 to 3 days on site per week.
