Scheme Manager

I’m currently looking for a Scheme Manager to join a leading housing association on a 3 month contract with the potential to go permanent.

As a Scheme Manager for this organisation, you will be:

• Ensuring excellent housing management services
• Providing great customer service
• Assisting with welfare benefits checks, rent and payment queries etc
• Responsible for void sign ups within the scheme, ensuring all vacant properties are allocated within set time frames.
• Helping to maximise tenants independence
• Completing regular compliance checks including health and safety, building safety in line with regulatory requirements
• Maintaining positive relationships with our customers

To be successful, the ideal Scheme Manager will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience carrying out safety checks and risk assessments
• Good customer service skills
• The ability to engage with internal and external stake holders

• Location: Birmingham
• Working hours: 15 – 20 hours
• Hourly rate: £17.20
• Contract: 3 months – potential to go perm
