What you will do

• Lead and manage a team within the Children in Care Service, ensuring high standards of social work practice are maintained.
• Oversee and guide child protection protocols, managing complex cases with expertise and diligence.
• Develop strategies and action plans to ensure children’s needs and safety are consistently prioritized.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including families, children, and professional agencies, to optimize care and protection plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar managerial role.
• Experience managing cases involving Child in Need Plans, Child Protection Plans, and care proceedings.
