Job Summary

Based from home and working on a mobile basis, responsible for maintenance and repair of commercial gas systems and mechanical/plantroom maintenance. Carry out PPM schedules and meet KPI targets covering high‑end apartment blocks and offices. Provide 24‑hour rota emergency call‑out (1 in 7), 23 days annual leave, and opportunity to develop skills in HVAC and electrical. Suitable for individuals seeking work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair commercial gas systems and mechanical/plantroom equipment.
• Complete PPM schedules and meet KPI targets.
• Respond to emergency call‑outs on a 24‑hour rota (approximately 1 in 7).
• Provide customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications

• Recognised industry qualifications (e.g., ACS tickets).
• Ability to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas systems and mechanical systems.
• Experience with HVAC maintenance contracts is advantageous but not essential.
• Good customer service skills, well‑presented and articulate.
• Motivated, trustworthy, team player, loyal, and reliable.
