Aerospace IC QA Manager: Lead Quality & Compliance

Bluestream People is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality efforts for the development and production of mixed-signal integrated circuits used in aerospace applications. You will develop and maintain QA processes, lead a team of QA engineers, and ensure compliance across the full product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate must have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and strong commercial QA experience in IC development. Excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge of industry standards are essential for this role.
