Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and developing Sales Engineering or pre-sales teams in a SaaS environment
  • Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams
  • Experience supporting upsell and cross sell motions to an existing customer base

What the job involves

  • As the Sales Engineering Manager for our Customer Growth segment, based out of our London office, you will play a key leadership role in building and scaling our presence globally
  • Our Customer Growth segment works with our 5,000+ existing customers to continually assess their needs, understand how we can help them achieve their goals, and expand their usage of Bob even further
  • You will lead a team of Sales Engineers supporting a growing and strategically important segment ensuring they are equipped to deliver compelling, value-driven solutions to our customers
  • You will partner closely with global Account Management and Customer Success leadership to drive growth, develop talent, and establish HiBob as a trusted partner for each and every one of our customers
  • Lead and Develop Talent Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Engineers, supporting their professional growth and ensuring they consistently perform at a high level
  • Drive Global Success Partner with commercial leadership across all regions to align on strategy, support pipeline growth, and contribute directly to revenue outcomes
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Account Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product and Engineering to ensure alignment and continuous feedback loops from the field
  • Build and Scale the Team Recruit and onboard top Sales Engineering talent with a focus cultural alignment
  • Enable High-Quality Execution Ensure your team delivers impactful product demonstrations, technical discovery, and solution positioning that clearly articulate HiBob’s value
  • Support Strategic Engagements Act as an escalation point for complex customer situations, providing hands‑on support in key opportunities and helping move them forward effectively
  • Develop Enablement Programs Partner with internal stakeholders to design and deliver enablement initiatives that strengthen product knowledge, technical skills, and sales effectiveness
  • Champion a Strong Team Culture Create a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance environment aligned with HiBob’s values
