Overview
Our client is a well‑established engineering company that designs and manufactures electrical products for recycling and process sectors. Due to growth, they are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join their existing team. The role involves managing electrical design projects from initial concept through to delivery, understanding technical specifications, and creating detailed electrical designs using CAD software.
Responsibilities
- Manage electrical design projects from initial concept through to delivery.
- Create detailed electrical designs using CAD software.
- Test electrical designs to ensure that they meet client expectations.
- Provide technical support to both clients and the wider engineering team.
Requirements
- Electrical or equivalent engineering qualification.
- Experience as a Design Engineer or trainee Design Engineer will be considered.
- Must be able to create electrical designs using CAD software.
- Must be a team player.
