Job Description:

We’re working with a growing technology solutions provider delivering managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, communications, and infrastructure services to organisations across the UK. With a strong reputation for technical expertise and customer service, they’re looking to appoint a Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor across a portfolio of existing customers.

This is a customer‑facing role focused on helping clients maximise the value of their technology investments. Working closely with Account Managers, Service Delivery, Engineering, and Pre‑Sales teams, you’ll provide technical guidance, shape customer roadmaps, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and ensure customers receive the right technical advice at the right time.

What we’re looking for:

  • Technical Account Management experience: Previous experience in a TAM, Technical Consultant, Solutions Consultant, Service Delivery, Pre‑Sales, or similar customer‑facing technical role
  • Microsoft 365 expertise: Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID / Azure AD
  • Cyber Security knowledge: Understanding of Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, and modern security technologies
  • Managed Services experience: Background working within an MSP, IT services provider, or similar technology environment
  • Commercial awareness: Ability to identify technical risks, service improvements, and opportunities within customer environments
  • Stakeholder engagement: Comfortable building relationships with both technical and non‑technical decision‑makers
