SEN Teacher – Small SEN School, EdEx – Education Recruitment

SEN Teacher – Outstanding SEN School – Permanent – September 2026 – Ealing

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our outstanding school in September 2026 on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role will be based at our brand‑new site within a multi‑site school.

Responsibilities

• Work under the current School SENCO.
• Support EHCP applications.
• Provide additional 1:1 and group SEN interventions.
• Teach SEN children in small groups.
• Set up and monitor SEN provisions.
• Collaborate with a range of professionals and colleagues.
• Work with parents to support learning.
• Work with pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Qualifications & experience

• MUST have UK QTS.
• Strong understanding of the curriculum.
• Passion and creative flair towards education.
• Knowledge of teaching standards.
• Lesson observation rating of Good or Outstanding.

Remuneration

Salary: MPS1 – UPS3 + TLR / SEN Point (approximately £2,500 – £6,500).
