Income Recovery & Tenancy Support Officer (Hybrid)

Broadland Housing Association is looking for an Income Recovery Officer to join their team in Kings Lynn. This hybrid role involves collecting rents and service charges and requires strong customer service skills to help tenants maximise their incomes.

The successful candidate will manage arrears effectively while maintaining positive relationships with various partners. A minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English is necessary, along with excellent communication skills.
