Hours: 16 Hours per Week

Deichmann is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor to join its team at Kingfisher.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous retail experience who enjoys leading by example, delivering excellent customer service and supporting the day‑to‑day running of a busy store.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the management team with the daily operation of the store
• Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
• Supervising and motivating team members during shifts
• Assisting with stock replenishment and merchandising
• Helping to achieve sales targets and store objectives
• Supporting with cash handling and till operations
• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
• Acting as a key holder and supporting store opening and closing procedures where required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail experience, ideally in a supervisory role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude and strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
