Senior Platform Engineer – Capgemini

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain highly available, production‑grade cloud platforms using Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows to accelerate delivery and ensure configuration consistency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define platform strategy, governance, and best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance, reliability, and security.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps roles.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Go.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD) and GitOps principles.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
