Youth Substance Use Specialist — 1:1 Case Worker

Earlybreak in Oldham is seeking a Young People’s Specialist Substance Use Worker to provide casework for young clients facing various challenges including substance use and exploitation. The role involves creating tailored care plans and collaborating with other agencies to support recovery and well-being.

Ideal candidates will have experience in mental health or substance use interventions and a relevant qualification in health or social care. Evening and weekend sessions may be required as needed.
