Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer x 2 – Sunbury‑on‑Thames, Surrey – Up to £45,000

I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading maintenance company in Sunbury‑on‑Thames, Surrey working at a large commercial building on behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPM’s and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks with large commercial premises.

My client is looking for 2 x Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineers with experience in critical building services to work on a high‑profile building at Sunbury‑on‑Thames, Surrey carrying out maintenance.

Hours

4 days on, 4 days off – 08:00am – 18:30pm

Requirements

• Apprentice Trained
• Mechanical / Electrical – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or Equivalent
• Client Facing
• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
• Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
• Navy Engineers Considered

Package

• Basic Salary of up to £45,000
• 20 Days Annual leave

Duties

• Electrical and Mechanical PPM’s and Reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU’s, AHU’s, HVAC plant, Water treatment
• Knowledge of UPS, BMS, Chillers, Cooling plant, HV and LV systems
• Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
• Escorting Sub-contractors, Issuing permits / RAMS
