Responsibilities

• Act as the third layer below CEO-level leadership within the reporting structure.
• Manage programme pressure across multiple regions, ensuring delivery stays on track.
• Address contractor performance issues and drive accountability across teams.
• Resolve contractual challenges and delivery friction impacting progress.
• Drive the programme forward and remove blockers.

Qualifications

• Extensive data centre experience.
• Strong general contractor (GC) background.
• Can command respect immediately and set the tone from day 1.
• Comfortable operating at executive or near-C-suite level.
• Proven track record in large-scale data centre or infrastructure delivery, complex multi-region programme management, and turning around or stabilising challenged builds.
