Employment type: Freelance / Part-time at 2 days per week (scope to increase)

Location: UK, Remote, with quarterly Cotswolds visits

Lie Down and Listen is a blissful sound healing and lying-down classical concert experience,

shared in awe-inspiring spaces across the U.K., Ireland, and in 2026 in the U.S. The experience

was founded by classical pianist and composer Christina McMaster.

We’re in an exciting period of expansion and are looking for someone to join our mission of

sharing the art of deep listening in order to create a better world through the blissful experience of

exceptional music performance in awe-inspiring spaces.

Your Role

This role involves co-ordinating events and related teams across multiple locations

We’re looking for someone with an exceptional work ethic, who is highly creative and detail-

oriented, and willing to drive growth through tech-forward thinking, implementing and refining

effective systems for time efficiency.

The heart of the Lie Down and Listen experience is the music, sound, the artists who guide the

sessions and the team who create beautiful spaces for guests to dwell in.

We welcome applications from a range of backgrounds, this could be especially well suited for

someone with experience in the music industry or with executive assistant experience.

You’ll get to experience the joy of being part of building something that is shaping culture and

positively impacting the lives and wellbeing of those who attend.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Coordination

• Create and manage contracts for performers, artists, venues and local event teams

• Complete and manage venue bookings

• Generate detailed event schedules for internal teams, venues and artists

• Document and maintain event and work tracking systems in Notion

• Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

• Recruit and coordinate local staff and volunteers across regions

• Attend key events and build relationships with venues and artists

Your experience:

• 3+ years of experience in the music industry, event planning or similar such as EA role

• Experience using Notion or similar event management software

• A self-motivated, can do attitude with a high degree of ownership.

• Exceptional organisational skills and systems orientated

• Excellent written communication and professional etiquette

• Basic Canva and Microsoft use

• Systems are clear, organised, continuously improving and replicated across different

locations and work flows

• Communication is timely, clear, and professional

• Enhanced event planning efficiency and execution

• Relationships formed with key partners, venues and local teams.

• Events are delivered smoothly with strong attention to detail

• Strong timeline and delivery of logistics, bookings, contracts with artists, photographers

and venues
