Support delivery. Maintain control. Enable project closure at pace.

The Project Delivery Support role plays a key part within MBNL’s Infrastructure & Estates delivery environment, supporting project and functional teams to manage site‑at‑risk data and drive project closure activity. Working across multiple systems, teams, and stakeholders, the role ensures that project records are accurate, governance is maintained, and backlog activity is progressed efficiently. Acting as a central coordination point, the role provides essential support to keep delivery on track and ensure timely completion of projects.

Why this role matters;

Effective project closure and accurate data management are critical to maintaining delivery performance, governance, and reporting integrity across MBNL’s estate. This role ensures that backlog activity is reduced, records are reliable, and project outcomes are completed efficiently, supporting both operational performance and strategic delivery objectives. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Central Reading office.

What you’ll be here to do;

• Provide end‑to‑end support across project delivery and functional teams

• Support the clearance of project closure backlog across multiple systems and tools

• Track and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date project records and data

• Coordinate closure activities with internal teams and stakeholders

• Chase outstanding actions, approvals, and documentation required for completion

• Maintain project governance processes and administrative controls

• Support reporting activities including progress tracking and status updates

• Work cross‑functionally to resolve issues and remove delivery blockers

• Ensure documentation is stored correctly and aligned with compliance requirements

• Provide ad hoc project and administrative support as required

Who we’re looking for;

• Experience planning, organising, and driving actions across teams and suppliers

• Strong coordination and organisational skills across multiple priorities

• Experience supporting governance meetings, actions, and reporting

• Familiarity with project tracking or workflow tools

• Experience working across cross‑functional environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability

• Ability to manage change in fast‑paced, dynamic environments

If you also have the following, we’d especially like to hear from you;

• Experience in telecommunications or infrastructure environments

• Exposure to site‑based project delivery or estate management

• Understanding of project governance frameworks and reporting processes
