We are looking for a Customer Intelligence Analyst to help drive customer-focused improvements across RHP. Youll analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends, understand customer needs and generate actionable insights that support service improvements. Working closely with stakeholders and teams, you will support transformation initiatives, improve our customer journeys and ensure customer insight in embedded in the design and delivery of our services.
Youll be someone that thrives in a busy environment and enjoys balancing a variety of priorities. You’ll have experience using customer data and insight to inform decisions and drive improvements, alongside excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively across the organisation. You’ll be an effective communicator who can present findings with confidence and clarity, and you’ll bring a naturally curious mindset and enthusiasm for delivering better outcomes for customers in all that you do.
