⚡ Electrical Project Manager
South Wales | £60,000 + Bonus + Company Vehicle
Looking for a role where you’re trusted to run projects properly?
We’re working with a well-established electrical contractor that’s continuing to grow across South Wales, with a strong order book and a varied portfolio of commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of projects from start to finish, or for a Senior Electrician, Supervisor or Site Manager who’s ready to make the move into full project management.
You’ll be given genuine responsibility, the freedom to make decisions and the support needed to deliver successful projects while developing your career within a growing business.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing electrical projects from initial handover through to completion, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standard.
Working closely with clients, site teams and subcontractors, you’ll be the driving force behind project success — balancing technical delivery, commercial performance and client satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing electrical projects from start to finish
• Planning labour, materials, procurement and programme delivery
• Leading and supporting site teams and subcontractors
• Building strong relationships with clients and main contractors
• Monitoring project performance, costs and progress
• Ensuring high standards of health & safety and compliance
• Managing commissioning, snagging and final handover
• Identifying risks and keeping projects running smoothly
About You
You’ll come from a strong electrical background and be confident coordinating people, resources and project delivery.
We’re open to speaking with experienced Project Managers as well as ambitious Site Managers or Supervisors ready to take the next step.
You’ll ideally have:
• Electrical qualifications and industry experience
• Experience delivering electrical installations on live projects
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of project performance
• The confidence to manage client relationships and project meetings
• A proactive approach and a solutions-focused mindset
• Full UK driving licence
What’s In It For You?
✔ £60,000 basic salary
✔ Performance-related bonus
✔ Company vehicle
✔ 33 days holiday
✔ Secure pipeline of projects across South Wales
✔ Clear progression opportunities as the business grows
✔ The chance to genuinely own projects and influence outcomes
The Opportunity
This role offers far more than simply overseeing site activity.
It’s an opportunity to build long-term client relationships, take ownership of project delivery and establish yourself as a key figure within a growing contractor that values autonomy, accountability and progression.
If you’re ready for more responsibility, more influence and a role where your contribution genuinely matters, we’d love to hear from you.
